The Course

Designed by Vern Morcom with enhancements by Kevin Hartley and Michael Clayton, the par-71, 6,150m layout features subtle contours, challenging bunkers and firm, fast greens that demand creative shot-making, especially when the wind is up.

History

Originally established in 1970 on a treeless, sandy site ideal for golf, Curlewis has undergone several redesigns and upgrades over the decades, most recently in 2015 when new owners invested heavily to propel it up the rankings as an innovative course now recognized among Australia’s top 50 public layouts.
